గుజరాత్‌కు చెందిన సానిటరీ ఉత్పత్తుల తయారీ కంపెనీ సెరా సానిటరీవేర్‌ లిమిటెడ్‌.. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు చెందిన అంజనీ టైల్స్‌తో కలిసి సిరామిక్‌ విట్రిఫైడ్‌ టైల్స్‌ తయారీ ప్లాంట్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేయనుంది. దీన్ని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోని నెల్లూరులో నెలకొల్పాలని కంపెనీలు నిర్ణయించాయి. ఈ ప్లాంట్‌కు సంబంధించి రెండు కంపెనీలు ఒక జాయింట్‌ వెంచర్‌ను ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నాయి. ఇందులో సెరాకు 51 శాతం, అంజనీ టైల్స్‌కు 49 శాతం వాటా ఉంటుంది. 68 కోట్ల రూపాయల ప్రారంభ పెట్టుబడితో ఈ ప్లాంట్‌ను నిర్మించాలని కంపెనీలు భావిస్తున్నాయి. నిధులను రుణం, ఈక్విటీ ద్వారా సమీకరించనున్నారు. వచ్చే ఏడాదిలోనే ఈ ప్లాంట్‌ నుంచి ఉత్పత్తి ప్రారంభించాలని కంపెనీలు నిర్ణయించాయి. కాగా సెరా 18.36 కోట్ల రూపాయలు, అంజనీ 17.64 కోట్ల రూపాయలను ప్రారంభంలో ప్లాంట్‌ కోసం సమకూర్చనున్నాయి. ఈ ప్లాంట్‌లో రోజుకు 10,000 చదరపు మీటర్ల సెరామిక్‌ టైల్స్‌ను ఉత్పత్తి చేయాలని కంపెనీలు యోచిస్తున్నాయి. ఇదిలా ఉంటే.. సెప్టెంబర్‌తో ముగిసిన త్రైమాసికానికి సెరా సానిటరీవేర్‌ 225 కోట్ల రూపాయల అమ్మకాలపై 18 కోట్ల రూపాయల లాభాన్ని ఆర్జించింది.

Cera Sanitaryware has proposed to enter into a joint venture by signing MoU with Anjani Tiles with controlling interest of 51 percent for setting manufacturing of high quality ceramic vitrified tiles plant in district Nellore in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
