PSLV-C35 Successfully placed all Satellites into their respective Orbits.

The satellites include SCATSAT-1, a satellite for weather studies, IIT-Bombay’s PRATHAM and PISAT from PES University in Bengaluru. PSLV C-35 of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Monday launched SCATSAT-1, a satellite for weather studies, and seven other satellites into orbit. ISRO said that though it has launched several PSLV rockets in the past, the Monday launch is the first mission of PSLV in which the payloads were launched into two different orbits." About 17 minutes after it lifted off from the First Launch Pad at Satish Dhawan Space Centre here at 9.10 a.m., PSLV C-35 ejected SCATSAT-1 satellite in the polar sun synchronous orbit at an altitude of 730 km. PSLV-C34 Successfully Launches 20 Satellites in a Single Flight

In its thirty sixth flight (PSLV-C34), ISRO's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle successfully launched the 727.5 kg Cartosat-2 Series Satellite along with 19 co-passenger satellites today morning (June 22, 2016) from Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR, Sriharikota. This is the thirty fifth consecutively successful mission of PSLV and the fourteenth in its 'XL' configuration.  The total weight of all the 20 satellites carried on-board PSLV-C34 was 1288 kg. కక్ష్యలోకి ఆస్ట్రోశాట్‌  నమ్మకం వమ్ము చేయని పీఎస్‌ఎల్‌వీ  మరో ఆరు విదేశీ ఉపగ్రహాలనూ కక్ష్యలోకి చేర్చిన రాకెట్‌  విశ్వంపై పరిశోధనలకు వీలు  శ్రీహరికోట : అంతరిక్ష రంగంలో భారత్‌ మరోసారి వెలుగులీనింది. నక్షత్రాలు, ఖగోళశాస్త్ర పరిశోధనల కోసం తొలిసారిగా ఆస్ట్రోశాట్‌ ఉపగ్రహాన్ని విజయవంతంగా రోదసిలోకి పంపింది. ఈ ఘనత సాధించిన అతికొద్ది దేశాల సరసన సగర్వంగా చేరింది. భారత అంతరిక్ష పరిశోధన సంస్థ (ఇస్రో)కు అచ్చొచ్చిన పీఎస్‌ఎల్‌వీ రాకెట్‌ ద్వారానే ఈ విజయయాత్ర సాగింది. దీంతోపాటు విదేశాలకు చెందిన మరో ఆరు ఉపగ్రహాలను కూడా గురి తప్పకుండా నిర్దిష్ట కక్ష్యల్లోకి ఈ వాహకనౌక ప్రవేశపెట్టింది. తొలిసారిగా అమెరికాకు చెందిన ఉపగ్రహాలను ఇస్రో ప్రయోగించడం విశేషం. నెల్లూరు జిల్లాలోని సతీశ్‌ ధవన్‌ అంతరిక్ష కేంద్రం షార్‌ ఇందుకు వేదికగా నిలిచింది.  తాజా ప్రయోగం కోసం శనివారం ఉదయం 8.00 గంటలకు ప్రారంభమైన 50 గంటల కౌంట్‌డౌన్‌ ప్రక్రియ సోమవారం ఉదయం 10.00 గంటలకు ముగిసింది. ఆ వెంటనే పీఎస్‌ఎల్‌వీ-సి30 రాకెట్‌లో మొదటి దశ ప్రజ్వలించింది. ఆస్ట్రోశాట్‌తోపాటు విదేశాలకు చెందిన మరో ఆరు ఉపగ్రహాలను మోసుకుంట...

PSLV Successfully Launches India’s Multi Wavelength Space Observatory ASTROSAT

In its thirty first flight ( PSLV-C30 ) conducted today (September 28, 2015), India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle successfully launched  ASTROSAT , the country's Multi Wavelength Space Observatory along with six foreign customer satellites into a   644.6 X 651.5 km orbit inclined at an angle of 6 deg to the equator.  The achieved orbit is very close to the intended one.   This was the thirtieth consecutive success for PSLV. PSLV was launched today in its heaviest ‘XL’ version with six strap-on motors of the first stage. The launch took place from the First Launch Pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR (SDSC SHAR), Sriharikota, the spaceport of India. The 320 tonne, 45 m tall PSLV-C30 carrying  seven satellites including the 1513 kg ASTROSAT, lifted off at 10:00 Hrs IST.
