Airtel, India’s biggest cellular operator by users and revenue is offering freebies worth Rs 15,000 with iPhone 6S and 6S Plus where customers get free 4G data over 12 months. The company said the offer on these new iPhones will be available at 235 of its retail stores across the country.
The offer comes barely a day after Vodafone India, the second biggest operator, said it will offer the latest iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, on a bundled package, where customers get free data and voice benefits worth Rs 8,885 for six months. The free data and voice plan includes 3GB mobile internet, 4,000 free local and STD minutes and 1,500 local and national SMS.
Going aggressive on sale of new iPhones, Bharti Airtel said 57 of its retail stores will stay open all night so that customers can be among the first in India to get their hands on the new devices.
“We are beyond thrilled to offer iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, two of the most iconic developments in technology this year, at Bharti Airtel’s 235 retail stores across India. యాపిల్ ఐఫోన్ 6ఎస్, 6ఎస్ ప్లస్ కొనుగోళ్లపై దేశీయ టెలికాంరంగ దిగ్గజం భారతీ ఎయర్‌టెల్ 15,000 రూపాయల ఉచిత కానుకలను మంగళవారం ప్రకటించింది. ఇప్పటికే దేశీయ మొబైల్ ఆపరేటర్ వొడాఫోన్ ఇండియా సైతం ఐఫోన్ 6ఎస్, 6ఎస్ ప్లస్ కొనుగోళ్లపై ఉచిత కానుకలను ప్రకటించినది తెలిసిందే. ఈ నెల 16 నుంచి భారతీయ మార్కెట్‌లో ఈ ఫోన్లు అందుబాటులోకి రానుండగా, ఆ రోజు నుంచే కస్టమర్లు ఈ కానుకలు పొందగలరన్న వొడాఫోన్.. 6 నెలలపాటు 8,885 రూపాయల విలువైన ఫ్రీ డేటా, వాయిస్ ప్రయోజనాలను అందుకుంటారని చెప్పింది. అయతే ఎయర్‌టెల్ మాత్రం 12 నెలలపాటు కస్టమర్లు తమ బిల్లులపై 15,000 రూపాయల వరకు ప్రయోజనాలు పొందవచ్చని చెప్పింది. సంవత్సర కాలం ఉచితంగా 4జి డేటాను అందిస్తామని స్పష్టం చేసింది. అక్టోబర్ 16న దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న తమ 235 రిటైల్ స్టోర్లలో ఐఫోన్ 6ఎస్, 6ఎస్ ప్లస్ అమ్మకాలు మొదలవుతాయని తెలిపింది. 57 స్టోర్లు రాత్రంతా తెరిచే ఉంటాయని ప్రకటించింది. వొడాఫోన్ సైతం ‘పాత, కొత్త వొడాఫోన్ కస్టమర్లు కొనుగోలు చేసే ఐఫోన్ 6ఎస్, 6ఎస్ ప్లస్‌పై వొడాఫోన్ రెడ్ 1,299 వర్రీ-ఫ్రీ ప్లాన్ ఉచితం. ఫోన్లు కొన్న దగ్గర్నుంచి 6 నెలలపాటు ప్లాన్‌ను ఉచితంగా వినియోగించుకోవచ్చు.’ అని ఓ ప్రకటనలో గతవారం పేర్కొంది. ఈ ప్లాన్‌లో భాగంగానే 3జిబి మొబైల్ ఇంటర్నెట్, 4వేల నిమిషాల లోకల్, ఎస్‌టిడి కాల్స్, 1,500 లోకల్, జాతీయ ఎస్‌ఎమ్‌ఎస్‌ల సౌకర్యాన్ని కస్టమర్లు ఉచితంగా పొందవచ్చని వివరించింది. ప్లాన్ కాలం ముగిశాక ఒక ఎంబి డేటా వినియోగానికి 50 పైసలు, ఒక ఎస్‌ఎమ్‌ఎస్, నిమిషం వాయిస్ కాల్‌కు కూడా 50 పైసల చొప్పున చార్జ్ చేస్తామని స్పష్టం చేసింది. రోమింగ్, అంతర్జాతీయ కాల్స్‌పై చార్జీలు అదనమని పేర్కొంది.
కాగా, 16జిబి, 64జిబి, 128జిబి సామర్థ్యంతో ఐఫోన్ 6ఎస్, 6ఎస్ ప్లస్ అందుబాటులోకి వస్తుండగా, 16జిబి ఐఫోన్ 6ఎస్ ధర 62,000 రూపాయలు, 64జిబి ధర 72,000 రూపాయలు, 128జిబి ధర 82,000 రూపాయలు. అలాగే 16జిబి ఐఫోన్ 6ఎస్ ప్లస్ ధర 72,000 రూపాయలు, 64జిబి ధర 82,000 రూపాయలు, 128జిబి ధర 92,000 రూపాయలు. దేశీయ మార్కెట్‌లో వొడాఫోన్‌తోపాటు ఆన్‌లైన్ మార్కెటీర్లైన అమెజాన్, స్నాప్‌డీల్, ఫ్లిప్‌కార్ట్, ఇన్ఫీబీమ్, పేటిఎమ్ కూడా ఈ సరికొత్త ఐఫోన్లను 16 నుంచి విక్రయించనున్నాయి. ఇప్పటికే విదేశీ మార్కెట్లలో ఐఫోన్ 6ఎస్, 6ఎస్ ప్లస్ విడుదలైనది తెలిసిందే.
